A strategic & experience designer based in New York, originally from Chile. With over seven years of experience in UX, product, and service design, I’ve worked in all kinds of environments: from freelancing gigs and big tech companies to startups and building my own ventures. This mix has shaped me into a pretty adaptable designer who loves wearing multiple hats—from research and prototyping to backlog management and even a bit of front-end dev.

I’m passionate about designing with purpose—especially when it comes to projects that aim to improve people’s everyday lives. I gravitate toward complex systems and love digging into how things work (and how they could work better). I thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and enjoy the messy, creative process of bringing structure to ambiguity.

I’m also a big believer in collaboration. The best ideas usually come from diverse minds coming together, and I love being part of cross-functional teams where everyone brings something different to the table.
